show Abstracthide AbstractTotal RNA from Leishmania infantum (JPCM5 strain) promastigotes was retrotranscribed using poli-T oligonucleotide into cDNA. After a step of PCR amplification, the resulting DNA was sequenced using the Single Molecule, Real-Time (SMRT) Sequencing methodology (PacBio). High quality reads were used to generate circular consensus sequences (CCS), which were classified as complete or truncated transcripts, depending on the presence at 5'-end of the mini-exon (spliced-leader) sequence or not, respectively. Here, we are reporting the sequences of all the transcript isoforms generated in this study.
